SHUIYI reinforced polyvinylidene fluoride ((PVDF) hollow fiber adopts wet spinning process, through a special composite production process, fit the support layer and membrane filtration layer perfectly, forming high resistance pollution, large-flux, high-strength hollow fiber membrane, with excellent chemical stability, it could be widely used in domestic sewage advanced treatment, water reuse and various types of industrial wastewater treatment and other fields.

  • Permanent hydrophilic dry membrane
The unique hydrophilic modification technology of membrane with the characteristic of permanent hydrophilicity and high flux; it could be operated in high pressure for a long time and without attenuation of flux, dry transport, and storage. Can withstand repeated wet and dry tests, engineering fault tolerance is strong.
  • Fouling resistance,   Ageing resistance
The unique microstructure control technology has an asymmetrical rigid sponge gradient hole structure, very high porosity and excellent hydrophilicity to ensure large membrane flux, it's not easy to foul, the membrane has high pollution resistance, flux reduce slowly.
 
  • High mechanical strength, without peeling and breakage
Adopts the hook-woven tube as the lining support material with high tensile strength. High-performance coating composite technology combines the support material with the membrane filter layer to withstand high-strength air scrubbing and hydraulic flushing. Without peeling and breakage in the process of operation.
 
  • High chemical-resistant, easy to clean and recover
High-performance PVDF materials are resistant to high concentrations of acids, alkalis and oxidant cleaning, the maximum tolerance of sodium hypochlorite up to 5000ppm, membrane flux easy to clean and recover, longer membrane life.
